Beside the Myan Museum, and in the modern part of town. A nice reprieve after being in the historic centre for a few days. Nice room and fabulous staff. Tasty breakfast with good range of restaurant meals if you didn't want to venture out. Off the tourist tour puck up route but providers sent a car for additional $100mxn.

Very nice hotel, spacious and clean rooms, comfortable bed, new design, nice staff. The hotel is a bit far from the downtown, but the bus stop is just right there and uber is also a cheap option if you dob’t have a car.

Breakfast was as usual, but good. I would have liked some traditional Merida breakfast. I liked the snack shop.

Was a good option, service and quality was good. The staff was very kind, especially Martin the bell boy, he was very attentive and friendly with a great attitude and service.
