Very nice hotel, spacious and clean rooms, comfortable bed, new design, nice staff. The hotel is a bit far from the downtown, but the bus stop is just right there and uber is also a cheap option if you dob’t have a car.

The exceptional customer service! I truly appreciate the accommodation provided, related to a health issue. Carlos P, from guest services, was very responsive, kind, and professional!

Was a good option, service and quality was good. The staff was very kind, especially Martin the bell boy, he was very attentive and friendly with a great attitude and service.

Breakfast was as usual, but good. I would have liked some traditional Merida breakfast. I liked the snack shop.
